Lesson #1 –Entries

Entries to trades take place when the XForecaster™ indicator changes
color. A shift of colors from Green to Red indicates a short signal, and a
shift from Red to Green indicates a long signal.

Important: Wait for candle to close before entering a trade. Until the
candle is closed, the signal is not final and can change. The best
method is to wait for the XForecaster™ to alert you automatically when
there is an entry signal.

Stop Loss is placed in the following way:

Short trades – 1 pip above the highest high of last 3 candles

Long trades – 1 pip below the lowest low of last 3 candles.

Lesson #2 –Exit

There are several exit mechanisms you can employ – the first and most
simple is to wait for an opposite signal from the XForecaster™ that will
signal the reversal of trend.

However, for more powerful exit signals you may use Support or
Resistance. When trade is in profit, look for possible support and
resistance levels that can block price from advancing in your direction.
Then, liquidate position at the first sign that price is losing momentum.

Using this method you will have faster and earlier exits.
